To book a ride with TakeTako, simply visit our mobile app, choose the type of vehicle and service you want, then enter your destination, propose your fare, select the payment method, and launch the request. Nearby drivers will receive the request, and one will accept your ride if the price suits them. Otherwise, you can negotiate the price with drivers in real-time and smoothly.

At TakeTako, safety is our top priority. All drivers on our platform undergo rigorous checks, including verification of a comprehensive set of the driver's personal documentation. We only work with experienced and professional drivers to ensure your journey is safe and comfortable.

To order a carpooling ride on TakeTako, you go on the app and follow the same procedure as for a solo ride, but at the service type level, you choose carpooling. To arrange a carpooling trip on TakeTako, you go to "Schedule" (last option on the homepage), then you enter the destination city, the amount, the date, and other information, and then you send the request. All drivers heading to the same city can accept your offer or renegotiate the price. And when the order is confirmed, all you have to do is go to the departure point on the day of the trip or wait for your driver on-site depending on the agreement between you and the driver.

Tracking your journey with TakeTako is easy. Once your trip is confirmed, you'll be able to track your driver in real-time on the app. This feature ensures that you're always aware of your driver's location and estimated arrival time.

We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay for your ride using your mobile money account, your TakeTako Pay balance, or even in cash. It is important to note that booked rides and bus tickets are paid in advance.
